We love working on new builds along the Bellarine Peninsula. And our Finch Close project was no exception. Centrally located in Old Ocean Grove, our clients wanted to build a home that was both beautiful and functional for their family of four.
Holman Designs once again came through with the goods, designing a home that features irregular shapes plus their signature mix of concrete, rammed earth and timber.
The charred timber blade at the entrance is a confident feature which sets the tone for the rest of the house. Other exterior features include Silvertop Ash cladding and a rammed earth wall which continues inside to add warmth and texture. Polished concrete floors add to the sense of coastal luxury while the open-plan layout is ideal for family living.
