Vand Builders is a residential construction company run by brothers, Ben and Sam Van Deuren. Established back in 2013, we’ve earned a solid reputation for quality craftsmanship, efficient project management and developing great relationships with our clients.
Based in Ocean Grove, we specialise in custom new builds and home renovations. Instead of project managing from a distance, we’re onsite everyday working alongside our handpicked crew.
As builder carpenters with over 25 years’ experience between us, you know you’re getting a home built to the highest possible standard. On top of that, you’re getting two genuine blokes who make the building experience stress-free and enjoyable by being honest, organised and approachable.

I love being a builder because…
I get a real buzz out of visiting a home once our clients have settled in. Knowing I’ve created a space where they can grow, connect and thrive is pretty awesome.
I get to meet great people and develop relationships that last long after handover.
I’ve always loved making things with my hands. I never throw anything away if I think I can fix it.
